Worst delivery process

I have ordered a Bed on homeshop18 on 30 aug, before ordering when I enquired with the customer care, they said it will be delivered on or before 15 days and they are 100% sure on this. after ordering when the delivery date is near I got an SMS saying " we regret to inform that the order is delayed by 4 days"  when I called customer care they said " it will be delivered by 17th of sept for sure and after 2 days again I got an SMS say" we regret to inform that the order is delayed by 4 days". I still dont know when they are going to deliver.


This is the WORST online store I saw where they are not able to deliver the product in 15days and still they are delaying.  Even they are not ready to cancel the order. I just stucked up with it because I paid the money while booking.
