Homeshop 18 Very Bad Customer Services

Today (28 June 2013) I ordered "Huawei E3121 3G Data Card" from "Homeshop18.com" website. My Order Number is: 927029339


Name Bhoopesh


I have purchased this item using my Ingvysya Netbanking, INR 1649 had been deducted after completing the order.


But unfortunately I submitted my Pincode wrong in shipping address. When I called to Homeshop18 customer care (01204455918) One executive named "Shelly" received my call I explained my problem that I want to change my shipping address what I need to do?


First she asked everything about my product, order number, My Name, and shipping address. I explained each thing in detail.


Afterwards she replied me it is not possible to change your address, I was surprised to hear these lines. Then I asked what is the possible solution to get my product "Huawei E3121 3G Data Card" She replied I can’t help you out for this. I request her to talk her manager but she just disconnected my phone.


Now I am feeling cheated by Homeshopshop 18. There is no way to get back my money or product. It seems I lost my 1649 INR.


I suggest you to all never go for shopping at Homeshop18, These people have no sense of talking and there is no customer satisfaction.


It was my first experience with Homeshop18   :( :(
