I have recently purchased footwear from Homeshop18.com. First thing they have delayed me my product in sending. Next thing two of my products got cancelled as they were out of stock, but you can still see the product on their main page.
Finally received my package by my friend as I am out of town. I opened the box .when I returned back after 10 days .I was shocked to see, The print on the box shows one size of the footwear(UK9) but actually they sent me a sub-sized one inside(UK7). I immediately mailed them explaining my situation. They coolly replied me after three days stating that, their policy doesnt allow them to exchange after some 10 days.
I am pretty sure they will not exchange my product and my money got waste, but still kept a mail asking them that. The initially sent product is a sub-sized one. The entire mistake is on their part. What is the delay in returning the product if it is not used. They didnt reply to my mail as expected.
This is not the first time they sent me different sized products. Last time they sent me S sized vests when I asked for L size. They should improve their customer service and exchange policies. Customer is not satified, how can they buy again from that site and how will they refer. I only suggest my friends that there is some risk involved here. Rest is your wish.
This is my true experience not overrated or underrated one.
