I am really disappointed with Homeshop Customer Care Services .
They do not give complete information, regarding order delivery.
I got the orders partial, called Customer Care, but did not get satisfactory answer.
I send multiple emails, but did not get a proper reply, in spite of automated reply.
Almost daily I am following up (calling) with Customer Care, but no solution till now.
This is really frustrating .
Note: If you are buying from Homeshop, select COD option, do not pay in advance as its not reliable.
