Never Again!

Ordered a Sennheiser HD 518 from their website after some looking around. The order was to be delivered within 7-8 days. Called the customer care on the 8th day and was told everything is verified and the product will be delivered shortly.


All this while on the tracking history it showed "Shipment under process". Check the order again on the 12th day and saw the status change to  "Refund under process". Call the customer care, they say product out of stock!!. I tell her that on the website it still shows on stock, I am asked to place an order again!!! Ask for refund, 72 hours. ask if they can order it again since it is available. They say not possible.


Advice to other people: Do not do business with these hacks, save your money for better service. In India you don’t have good regulations for online shopping. That is how these guys are surviving. Never going back to these people again.
