My name is Rama Krishna and I have ordered( order number # 949422323) a spice smart pulse watch phone from homeshop18.
I received it in non working condition of the smartwatch and when I asked the home shop to replace, first they said they will help me and raised a complaint(#542640) but they need 48 hrs time, there was not further update even after 3 months.
The customer service people are very rude when I ask the reason for not getting the proper response. I have called more than 50 times and they repeatedly answer they will contact me in 48 hours after that they just mailed me with the complaint numbers(I have more than 30 complaint numbers).
They just sell product with are refurbished and 2nd quality, It almost more than 4 months still the issue has not been resolved.Their after sales is very bad.never ever shop in home shop 18.
All the reviews are screened unlike flipkart, snapdeal they just keep the good reviews off the product.strong text so please don’t shop in home shop18 they are frauds.
Even 1 star rating also more for them. Beggars are better than them.
