I have purchased samsung galaxy note on homeshop18 on 26th of august and on the same day i cancelled it and they approved also. The reason why I cancelled is they were not sending some accessories which were included in package by samsung.

Refund time : As per their processing time 6-8 working days.They tried to cheat me by saying. They refunded money on 27th aug itself and then gave a fake rr number. Then to prove them i had to send all my bank statements and a calll from my bank. Finally they accepted.
Even then they are not willing to refund. Its been more than a week after they approved the money not sent to me and again after a week they gave me the same rr number which given earlier. The response from them is rude in atleast 20 calls. Till now i have made atleast more than 25 calls each call lasted for atleast 5-10min ...
My first experience from this site likely to be last is worst.
Till today i didn’t received my refund (today :16th september 2012) i.e., 20 days.
Worst experience ever in 2yrs of online shopping.
Homeshop18 is complete fraud from listing to customer service.
