Right now hundreds of shopping site are coming in competetive market. Some sites have reputed market and some have not.and homeshop18.com is one of the bad site that I have ever experienced. Recently I had buyed a cute induction of kenstar from it for 1400 rs.i used it for cooking regularly but it is giving me problems daily.it usually stops between task and temperature doesnt go far from 1400 and it has 1800 highest temperature.
sometimes it doesn’t take original utensils of piegon on it.before 10 days I had repaired it because it completely stopped working my total expenses were 560rs.although this induction has 6 months warranty but due unavailability of service center in the area I had repaired it myself. Customer service of this site is very poor they are always busy and doesnt take your call soon.site takes very high amount of time to load.I dont like this site they have very bad quality products.
