Wrong product received

Hi,


I am Zishan Faridy and I have purchased Nova N1124 roti maker combo of Rs 2599/- on by cash on delivery.


It got delivered on 28th Nov-14 but it was Nova N124 instead of Nova N1124 combo, so have raised my issue with Home Shop18 customer care executive on 29th Nov-14 through call.


Then they told me concern department will call in 48 to 72 hours but no any further response from their side till today while I called them alternate days as reminder.


Also I dropped mail but each and every time they are telling like recorded tape "concern department will call in 48 to 72 hours." I need replacement not for refund.


Very worst service by Homeshop18.


Please don’t buy any thing from Homeshop18.
