Guys, never fall in trap of homeshop18. Its a useless website from a big company. My sister placed a order for my son around 10th April ( order number 703435462 ). It was a helicopter costing 1700/- At first place they delivered a faulty helicopter which never got switched on. After that what happened was even more worse. They forced us to call their courier service to pick it back. (it was a 7 days money back guarantee and we complaint on day of delivery ).
We called and after several days of effort helicopter was picked up. Then again followed up with courier and with them to see when they receive it. After 2 weeks they received and then after several calls they sent me a replacement..this time helicopter was received in 3 pieces. HORRIBLE. Now these guys are not even doing anything. Customer care says we can’t help. Forget refund. They have eaten up 1700/- from us for nothing at all.
Very rude customer care, no escalation path.
Please don’t ever buy anything from them. They are not worth. If anyone can tell me how to go for a consumer court case, please let me know. I am going to send mail to thousands of people in Cisco, intel, TCS and Infosys to stay away from such company. They are CHEATS.
