Pathetic response and customer service by Home Shop 18.
1.My order was supposed to be delivered by 12 Dec 2014 and den by 16 Dec 2014 and now I don’t know when?
2.No communication by Home Shop 18 till 16 Dec 2014.
On giving a call to the customer care the representative tells that the product might be delivered tomorrow or day after. He is not aware himself?
3.Is there anything called stipulated time for delivery or adherence to your policies HOME SHOP 18

I suggest everyone to go for some other e-commerce site but never go for HOME SHOP 18.
