I want to share my two time experience with homeshop18.com. Both of the times I ordered some books which were promptly and timely (Before time in my case) delivered to me with excellent packaging. My first order was for One Manorama Year Book and a fiction. I ordered at around 10:00 PM and the website shown that the books will be delivered in 2-3 working days, but to my surprise I got the parcel only after one day. And I must say.
The packing was excellent as I also have bought books online from various sites like letsbuy.com and indiatimes.com. The worst service was of indiatimes, com, will share the review separately. Coming to the homeshop18.com, second time I ordered 4 books , and It was shown that the shipping time is 3-4 days, but again I received all the books in 2 days only. Every book packed in separate card board box with a bookmark and a pen in each carton. Really good and timely delivery. So, till now its excellent experience with homeshop18.
