Liars

This people have a habit of listing all books which are available on face of earth. However, they will write a standard email within a week which reads like this:


Dear Customer, This is regarding your order number and suborder for the title, " " Unfortunately, the title you have ordered is imported and is currently under customs clearance. With the application of new import budgeting; the systems at IGI customs are undergoing up gradation. Hence it would take some more time in clearing your book under customs and it will be dispatched by “9 June”. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused due to this. Please let us know via replying to this email, if you are not happy with the delivery date and want to cancel the order. Thanks for using our services and happy homeshopping18!!


Further they will cancel the order with a stereotype email.
