Very unprofessional Cutomer care

I purchased two coupons(worth INR 1000 and 500) of Homeshop18.com by redeeming my payback points. These coupons were valid till 30th Sept 2014.


I tried doing a shopping worth 1200 on 6th Sept(order no 952864067) but their site got some issue that day and it was not proceeding after payment page. In first few attempts the coupon code worked well and I was reducing 1000 from total cart value but due to the site problem I had  tried 4-5 time to do the payment and it was accepting the coupon code well but later It started giving me message that “Coupon has exceeded the permissible number of trials. Please contact our customer care”.


I called the customer care immediately and they asked to write a detail mail to care@homehop18.com and will get the resolution in 2 working days . I wrote the mail and I got auto response with request number #595870. I waited for 3-4 days but not further action on this. After that I called the customer care many time and I always get answer that it will get resolved in 2 working days but this still going on.
