NEVER SHOP WITH HOME SHOP 18 - IT’S FRAUD AND WASTE OF MONEY
I have ordered a utensils set(Order number - 1027113487) for worth Rs 4500 but they have delivered a wrong product which is not even worth for 1000 bucks.
I raised a complaint with customer care for refund and was asked to wait for reverse pick up.
So, waited for a week but no one came for Reverse pick up . Again, I checked with Customer care,
they told me to courier the package on below address which cost me around Rs 850 through DTDC which will be not refunded

I couriered the package but the vendor has refused the delivery which is completely not my fault.
Checked again with cc, but didn’t get any reply when my amount will be Refunded.
Though it’s not my mistake, I got the wrong product, I couriered but It’s not even work out to get my refund.
It’s been a month, since I have been following up but no results. Looks like they didn’t value their customer and the way they treat them is humiliating.
All together, It’s a very frustrating experience to shop with Home Shop 18. It’s waste of money and Time
Just a suggestion for others, never shop with Home Shop 18, It’s a very FRAUD and FAKE company.
