My name is Lokesh Chatwani..I ordered a product from homeshop 18..product is Reebok shoes..my order id is : 927803513...
the estimated delivery date was 24 July 2013, but no product shipment information given to me till date ..
when I tried to raise a complaint, they told me that it will take 8 to 10 working days more for shipment..
I ordered this product to gift someone but after taking so much followup, they don’t even bothered to call me..after so many efforts, I escalated this case, they gave me a missed call of duration (00:03).
AWESOME SERVICE, AWESOME Customer care...and now they are asking me for another 8 to 10 working days for the product to be delivered....
Poor customer service, pathetic response...and after that not even a single call has been made from their end...
