One day I watching Homeshop18 channel on my TV and it was an advertisement of bar phone amounting Rs. 899 /- and it was a combo pack of 2 mobile. I took some interest in buying this mobile because I was getting two mobiles at a price of one. I ordered the same by contacting customer support with COD and I got the delivery in 7 days and when I opened the shipment I was shocked because I got only one piece of mobile and the shipment was fully sealed pack. I contacted their customer support and they took my complaint and a legal inquiry was setup from their side and God knows it was right or wrong but after 15 days they told me that our seller shipped both the mobiles and we have checked it with our courier partners also and everything is right. Hence there will be no refund/replacement on this order. I felt very cheated so I asked for written confirmation of the inquiry but they denied to give the confirmation so its my suggestion to everyone don’t use this cheap website be safe.
