*VERY POOR SERVICE -misbehavior..misconduct..*

Very imp I take this opportunity to highlight this information for general awareness


I ordered a shipment from HM18 around 1 month ago, which went through a lot of mishandling and poor response from HM18.


The delivery date was delayed up to two weeks for which no information was provided to me. The customer care executives used few un-accepted words to communicate and gave around 3 complaint numbers(None of which was closed by HM18). Around 15 -emails were sent in regards to misbehavior of the executives, for which I have not received any response till date.


The same was brought to the notice of grievance officer of HM18.but the result being the same. NO RESPONSE.


Very poor service and very unprofessional behavior by HM18


If you get a product from hm18 at one go. You should feel lucky. Because after sale services and customer executive response are pathetic. Please dont go by comments and user ratings as it is manipulated by hm18.


When I shared this information on social media .these hm18 people tried blocking me and deleting my comments.


I had delivery issue with amazon once.which was compensated with free gifts coupons from them along with apologies. But homeshope18 does not have courtesy to fulfill claims set by themselves.


PLEASE prefer Amazon. Flipkart etc .and before you order anything from hm18 please read all the complaints registered against HM18 on internet, blogs etc.
