Shipment (delayed) inspiteof cancellation request

I ordered one USB WIFI DataCard and waited for 8 days. Since the shipment status did not show any change, I called up their support and asked them about the status. There was no improvement in the status even after another 2 days and hence I asked them to cancel the order and refund the amount. I was told by the call attendant that I will get the refund.


After confirming, I ordered the same item with another online shop and received the material in 5 days. Since I did not hear anything about my refund, I called up again to get shocked. I was told the material was shipped two days earlier inspite of my request for cancellation. This was more than 20 days after my order date.


Now I’ve put up a complaint to arrange for a refund.


They have a responsive support number. But the systems are rotten. Your whole shopping experience is assured to be spoiled. I’d never ever go for any purchase with them. Neither would I recommend this site to any one.


UPDATE: Good that I received the full refund after followups and 17 days after I initially wrote this review
