So here I am, why 60% loved by mouthshut.com, dont know. but my experience in hs18 is not great at all.though I have been shopping at hs18 for 2-3yrs and now know more.
1st if u r lucky enough u will get good product.which I wasn’t.
2nd products are not upto as shown in TV like:
-a stretchable genes brand DYFI combo of 2 I had ordered for it both of size 32, but I received one of 30&one of 32 so I exchanged it but after exchanging I got the genes tagged of size 32 but was of size 28 how, it didnt fit to me at all. so now its laying at my house.
-saree like hiba brand one type u see in tv and you receive is totally different type.how I cant explain much on it but as I said before its ur luck
-electronics upto warrenty period ok but after that its upto you how u use them.
3rd returning and getting ur money back forget.
-i had never got my money back instead the will do whatever they can to make u buy another product from there site.
-they will take time to call u, then after calling the customer care they will tell you to wait another 2-3 days then after 7-10 days they will tell you to print the slip of product paste on the package and email it to them, then between this if one get irritated then he or she will either keep the product or buy another bu returning it.
-and like OTHER SITE PROVIDE THE FACILITIES TO COME TO UR HOME AND TAKE THE DELIVERY PACKAGE 4M HOME they dont, instead u have to pay and send it to them.
4TH customer service is ok.
5th tv program uffffffffffff I feel like the are trained to sell any thing that come to their hands
for eg. the gonna sell a pencil by telling people that is is the only pencil in world that they have and that works best than any other pencil.
ITS NOT THAT I DIDNT LIKE HS 18. ACTUALLY I SHOPPED ONLINE FOR 1ST TIME FROM HS 18 AND I DO TOLD PEOPLE TO BUY THINGS FROM THERE BUT THE PROVED ME WRONG THEMSELVES
so if it ok from ur side then no problem but I do have face many problem.
& I do want people reading this try buy things from other site. specially who sell the particular product one want like clothes from myntra, fashion&you, etc and gadgets from flipkart and so on.ITS UP TO UR LUK.
6th And the one and most dangerous one I forget, I had lost about 8000 rs without buying anything, how? we were told that we had won a lucky prize of mahindra xuv, from the seller of Everwell Gold brand utensil set. from hs18 and told to give rs 8000 for paper work of the xuv THEN we inquired about the product we bought and every detail & so they told to us and so believed them & we gave them & they again demanded for more money.& when we call hs 18 to ask about it they told they haven’t gave any lottery prize like thing to any one. MY POINT IS, THERE IS SOME ONE WHO IS GIVING OUR ADDRESS & DETAIL TO THE FRAUD PEOPLEs WHO THEN DO WHAT THEY DONE TO US.
