This is my Rs.1000 in drain. If you have any love for the person you are ordering a gift, please avoid this site. Such a poor customer service.
I ordered a bouquet and cake for my sister’s birthday, who lives in central Bangalore. I ordered 2 days before the birthday and chose that the order be delivered on birthday in the order form. When I noticed that my order status wasn’t changed the night before the birthday, I called and cancelled the order . I was given a cancellation number then. 2 days after the birthday, I got a email saying that the order was shipped . Now I’m dealing with the worst customer service to not deliver the order.
In this mess, I feel terribly ashamed for missing the chance to make my sister smile.
