I am writing this review solely to help other people avoid the hassle.Homeshop18 advertises a lot and placing an order is very easy.I placed an order for a Kids Two Wheel Scooter for my kid who is 6+ yrs. Received the order in three days but the item was different.I received a Three Wheel Mini-Scooter suitable for ages 3-4yrs. I called the customer care immediately and received a response that there cant be any refund, though I requested only for an exchange.
First of all, they deliver the wrong product and then dont even provide the customer with assurance that the mistake will be rectified. Instead they imply that I will be stuck with the wrong product and my money is gone.Will update further. Till then, please make sure that you get assurance about the return policy.
