On 29th jan I orderd a nikon coolpix l330 camera(order no. 963674585) through prepaid mode & received the order today. But while unboxing, I first found the seal of the camera box was broken & then found there is no invoice in the packaging.
Out of surprise, I checked the mail but Homeshop has not sent soft copy of the bill through mail too. I know it well that without a proper bill, warranty of the product is void, so I called home shop customer care, they first told me to note down the IMEI number and call back, they will send me the invoice instantly. When I called them again, they told me to wait for 3-4 hours to get the invoice.
As I did not receive it, I called them again after 4 hours. Then they told me that its not possible for them to generate invoice and it will take 48 hours. I then asked them to generate a return order as it was in 48 hours return policy but they told me the cant generate a return order too.
I dont know how a reputed online retailer like homeshop sell a product of more than 10k worth without generating a proper bill. Very poor service.

Yesterday I received an invoice but shockingly there is no mention of IMEI/serial number in the invoice. I bought the product from HOMESHOP18 and the seller wasColo Venture but bill is provided byNorth India Top Company -Dharuhera.
I think providing bill of a nikon coolpix 330 camera worth 11552rs without giving the IMEI/serial number is nothing but just bluffing customers.
