Horrible Experience with Homeshop18

I am a regular online buyer on various e-commerce sites. I had placed an order to buy Nova electric tandoor on homeshop18. Product was delivered to me on 13-Dec in damaged condition.


I immediately reported it to their customer service and asked for replacement. Till date(26-Dec) damaged product has not been picked up by Homeshop18.


I called at least 6-7 times in last 13 days for replacement but every time I was told that it will be picked up for replacement in next 24 hours.


Every time customer service guy said that our back end team called you on 14 Dec but you did not pick up the phone hence delay. After 14-Dec nobody took pain to call me again in spite of my multiple reminders on phone and well as on email.


Some of the customer service executives were even very rude when I started following up against my complaint.


First my product was delivered in damaged condition and then nobody to tell you when exactly will it be replaced.


I would strongly recommend against buying on Homeshop18. I never faced such issues with other e-commerce players in the market e.g. Snapdeal or Flipkart or Amazon.


A BIG NO TO HOMESHOP18.
