I am a poor unlucky customer of Homeshop18. I got enough experience from them bfrom the first order. All that happened after ordering 2 watches from their site. one was damaged and they arranged a reverse pick up on the same day.i thought what a good service.But they gave me a wrong address of Rinks retail pvt Ltd Mumbai.After calling customer care so many times I got homesho18 correct address.
I passed that to blue dart and they successfully returned it to them. After that no response.they have not yet nacknowledged the return.Bluedart site is showing it is delivered to Ghaziabad-. Looks like I am waiting for an indefinite thing which will never happen.customer care people put me on hold and will disconnect if I call.The complaint number 76933619 is open from december3rd.
