DELIVER DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

They delivered a defective mouse to me and then asking me to send it back to them at my own. They don’t reverse pick the defected product and ask you to send it back . Their RETURN POLICY IS TOO COMPLICATED that one may give up any hope for replacement.


This was my first experience with them and it was WORST. There are many other issues with them like billing and many more which I will write in length in my first blog tonight or tomorrow.
