HS 18 is no good experience !!!

I had ordered an electric tandoor online on19th dec & promptly received the same on 21dec 2012. Immediately I opened the box to check if the product was in nice condition, I was shocked that the product was defective. I immediately called the customer care toll free number and complained and the customer care executive very cooly repeats all the apology which they learn in their training program  to utter whenever any customer calls for complaints!


After very promptly and diligently uttering all the sorry and regret, he said he cannot do anything about it and asked me to send it back to HS18 by courier at my own cost and once he receives the same he shall reimburse the cost of the courier along with the product and said he would send me the address of the HS18 for me to courier back the product. But to my dismay the SMS received by me only states to return the product and no address mentioned!!! I am utterly disappointed and shall never make the mistake of shopping on line.
