Homeshop 18- A very very bad choice for shopping

A very very bad retail service provider. I have placed my order for magic mop on 8th of November 2016 & even after more than 50 days still waiting to receive the same. Called up the customer care representatives 15-20 times & even after assurance from the escalation desk members on continuous basis for around 2 months now not received my order no. 1005102325. Complaints registered HS2016120401622 on 04.12.16, HS2016121801761 on 18.12.16, HS2016122500196 on 25.12.16 & 30.12.16 against the same order. I would never ever suggest anyone HS 18 as these people have no empathy about customer sufferings at all. Such an unprofessional & careless approach of giving wrong commitment to the customers & failing every time & with no shame.
