I am lodging a complaint to Consumer Court for my order id: 919478987.
You have cheated me by showing product in stock while taking the payment. I have already talked to your customer care 4 time, 4 written mails and you have mis guided me continously and even after my multiple reminders the committed delivery time was breached from 6 days to 12 days... see my previous mail for your reference. If product not delivered I will update you with the lodged complaint number tommorow. I have been tracing my order since last 11 days, it was ordered on 28.Nov.12. Commitment was of 5-6 days. Still not received my product, no clue where it’s lying. Similarly have ordered 1 mobile from Flipkart on 30th and received it today, within 4 days .I strongly feel that, I made a huge mistake choosing Home Shop 18 for shopping. .I am really fed-up
