Horrible online store

My order no. is - 918341609. I had placed an order on 1/11/12 for a Zync Tab and the product I received (6/11/12) was defective. I was asked to send back the product to Homeshop18 for replacement/refund (9/11/12), which I did on 14/11/12. I called up the helpline on 19/11/12 to know the status and I was told that I am not eligible for replacement or refund as I had made a complaint after 48 hours of delivery.


Why is the customer care executive not aware of the policy when I made my complaint on 9/11/12. Why didn’t they check with the delivery date? I was told that same defective product will be shipped back and I have to contact the manufacturer/vendor. On 21/11/12 I received a SMS that my request has been processed and I will receive my replacement in the next 5-7 days. Till date I have not received any product or any shipping details. My courier charges for sending the product back to Homeshop18 is also due and not returned to me as promised by the customer care executive.


I am very disgusted with Homeshop18 and their services. After paying full money to Homeshop18, I am not able to use the product. This is the most horrible online store I have come across. I think more people should know about this service and attitude of Homeshop18.
