I bought many items from this TV18 venture. Recently I am the lucky winner of a contest "Sab Ki Jeet Pakki" and to compliment me, hs18 has sent a pearl watch from zaveri. I recently bought a mobile worth 4599/-. I ordered above product through mobile phone using my credit card. hs18 has many options to when you are purchasing a product from them. They also have cash on delivery which you can make sure that you havereceivedthe product for the first time when you are interacting with hs18 if you have a benefit of doubt. I did the same for my first every product from hs18.
About delta mobile, I got this delivered with a nice packing and without any damage. But the earphone which comes along with the mobile phone was not working. As soon as I come to know about this, I phoned them and their service is too good. They respond to my queriesimmediatelyand ordered for a new earphone. But they ordered it through ondot courier in which the courier was delivered(in their website the status was showing like that) but I did not received yet. I got really pissed off when I listened to this but there is nothing hs18 can do here as ondot courier guys did this way. Later after a week more time I got my earphones hmmm. And now everything is working fine in my delta mobile related to earphone.
I also complained about delta customer service but delta mobile does not have a customer service where I stay(Bangalore). They have it on Pune, Delhi and I cannot go there just because I bought their mobile. Later delta customer service guys called me asking my complain related to my mobile.I said:1. The mobile is suppose to play all AVI format videos but it does not do so.2. The mobile does not support lyrics for music files even though the options are present.
For this delta customer service guys want me to send the mobile to their office address in pune. But I denied. as I don’t know if that is the address and how can I send the mobile without confirmation? I asked the same question later to Home Shop 18. Then they are ready to confirm the address so that I can send the mobile without any tensions.
Overall I liked the customer service provided by Home Shop 18 and their representatives are polite and very friendly.But if these guys start selling the products which are very known in the market and without any errors then they can grow further and we can buy there always.
