My experience with HS 18 was always bitter whenever I ordered product from it. once I ordered Anjali cookware set and when it it was delivered after 2 months non stick tava and pan were in damaged condition and two lids were not there. After contacting HS 18 people told that your complaint is registered and will be solved with a week. but nothing happened and after contacting again the same answer was repeated.
Later on my mother ordered a lock and lock container set from HS 18 . The container set was delivered after one and half months and two of the containers were broken . After that one of my colleague ordered a whirlpool 20L microwave from HS 18, the delivery was made after 3 months without free cookware set, cook book and reebock watch.
The HS 18 call centre people always repeat the same answer like sir, your complaint is registered and u will receive the product definitely next week or we r unable to track your order status or your cheque is in clearance from bank etc.
I suggest all the people out there not to buy anything from HS 18, unless HS 18 people improve their services including courier services so that right product at the right time and at the right condition can be delivered to the customers .

The issue raised in the above review were not resolved at that time . But now the company is concerned about the review I placed 4 years back .Now what’s the use of showing concern when it was not resolved at that time .
