I have got this order delivered today in 2 pieces. I mean first of all I got it in 18 days instead of 3 days and that is also broken. Piece is completely broken and un-usable. What is the commitment from HomeShop18 on delivery time. Given the whole chaos, I dont want the product now. Please return my money.
Now when I talked to your call center, they asked me to courier product to your Gurgaon location. I am sorry but this is absolute torture,
1) I didnt go to my local market to purchase the product and hence ordered online. Now you are asking me to go and courier it to your address. Rather I should have gone to local market and purchased the stuff
2) Courier would take at least 250 Rs and you will return me 10% of the product value.
From which angle, this is a good experience for a customer that you write in your original mail when you take the order.

Story wouldnt end here. Now the payment would come via cheque even though I made payment through credit card. My questions to HS18 team
1) Why payment cant be returned to my Card directly.
2) Why cant you pick up product directly from my home
