I have purchased cheap cell phone on 14th Dec-13 by cash on delivery. It got delivered but not as per the homeshop18 commitment, so have raised my issue with them for replacement not for refund as I have purchased it for gifting. Unfortunately, after complaints also I have received the saree in same condition. But at that time I was out of station. So I complained them on the third day for replacement after the saree got delivered.
I was shocked after listening the support teams reply - "Sir, as per the terms & conditions, you should complain us within 2 days " .
