HomeShop18 is the biggest crap I have seen in my entire life. Please do not believe in whatever they say on TV and honestly do not but anything from them. They do not test products before sending it to customers and if the product is faulty they will ask you to speak to company’s customer care directly instead of themselves solving customer’s query. I was delivered a faulty Ezyhome Chopper which is not working at all since its delivery. When I raised the ticket they initially closed the ticket the by saying that its a duplicate one. After many days I received a call from HS18 customer care saying that call Ezyhome customer care directly and solve the issue. I lost my precious money because of these stupid people. I have taken an oath to never buy anything from this stupid channel ever again.
