I have never did online shopping. This was my shopping experience with any online website & it was really bad. I trusted homeshop18 to be an honest site but I was wrong.
I had ordered Transcend 8 GB pen drive paying 4490 Rs online. When I opened the parcel, I was horrified to find a 2GB Kingston pen drive costing only 999 Rs.. I doubly confirmed that it was my parcel only.
I really did not expect such a cheating from homeshop18. Even the toll free number which they have provided never works. I tried calling them many times, but of no use.
one more thing - they mention that they have a secure system with 128 bit ssl. it’s all nonsense. you can yourself verify there is no secured connection even while paying money (i had paid money through credit card), no lock icon appeared while performing the transaction.
It is my decision never ever to buy anything from homeshop18 again....
