I recently ordered a costly mobile from Homeshop18. I landed up to them from a price comparison site - buyhatke. They took 3 days to process the order and claim to have dispatched by DTDC(in a new name DOTZOT).
Later came to know that Product has not even dispatched from Bangalore. I created many support tickets in Homeshop18, but never got a response. Please don’t buy from Homeshop18.
Among all e-shopping sites, Amazon looks to be doing a great job and has even delivered products on the same day to me.
Many price comparison sites like mysmartprice and buyhatke directs to homeshop18 offering cheap price. Please dont get into this trap.
