Very poor customer support and no price guarantee. after my first purchase, the price came down by Rs 500 and I didn’t receive any voucher as part of product offer. Sent 15 mails and called customer support many time and no response. simply useless people and management behind the site. I will surely not go again and recommend my friends to shop here. I bought as BBQ was not available that time in market and these people were selling it. But found it as a trap.
