I had ordered Pack of 3 Exclusive Formal Wear Shirts from Graviera. Although I did get the 3 shirts as ordered BUT have NOT got the FREE Maxima men’s wrist watch, which was claimed to come along with the Order.
On contacting Customer Care, the executive did not even bothered to ask the Order Number or any other relevant details & answered casually that because of Courier problem the Wrist Watch may not have come & will get in next 7 - 8 working days !!!!
How & What did the Courier guy do with the watch when the whole consignment I got was fully intact & it was just not there inside ? This is totally carelessness. Also on asking about the Complaint Number from Customer Care executive, he again said casually that I will get the same through SMS, which I am waiting for even after 1 hour of the conversation with him & I am sure that it will never come.
Just hoping to get the watch at the earliest !!!!!!
