Duplicate Product

I purchased a shoes from Home Shop18.

My order number was 1011324675.

They show that the shoes are dark blue in colour but what I received that the shoes are in sky blue colour. I request them to take it back but their customer service is so poor that the guy come after 5 days. Home Shop18 sale duplicate product. ????????
