I had made a purchase of Rs. 220 vide order no. 915811461. This was processed. However, before this for two transactions, the payment was denied. But the account is still debited thrice. Please arrange refund
at the earliest. The response by customer care is extremely dissatisfactory and they said we don’t have any customer care, you drop in an e-mail. I have attached the screenshot of account statement and Homeshop 18.
This was seriously unexpected. Thugs. And delivery, forget it. The books will be torn, clothes will not be those which you ordered. They are in a mess.
