I ordered a Vu 55-inch TV on 26-May. I have not received the product yet. HomeShop18 have not delivered the product even after 20 days though I was promised 5-7 days delivery. They have not bothered to give any update or follow up with the delivery(GATI) to fulfill the order.
GATI meanwhile is playing football with me giving zero information on why the order is delayed.
Thanks HS18 for the wonderful shopping experience! I’ll remember this for a very long time.
If you are wondering why I made this mistake, I realize I was lucky with my first order on HomeShop18 for a sewing machine which they delivered on time.
Bottomline - Run from HomeShop18 like it’s a plague!
