MY ORDER NO. 918744255, did get the product late that too in a damaged condition and what was shown in the picture it was different when we received.
Now the worst thing begins called up and did lodge a complain (76626293) on 23rd of Nov. 2012, their courier person took it away and I was told will get the refund by 1st of Dec. as I did not get the refund. 2nd complain on 14/12 (76626293) again was told will get my refund within 5 working days. Still not over it goes on as I did not get the refund I called them up on 26th of Dec and now I was informed that if I do not provide them with some details **they are not giving the refund THAT WAS REALLY GREAT TO HEAR** FROM HOME SHOP 18 PEOPLE..if this was the case why didn’t they tell me on the first day itself.
*THE BEST THING THE PRODUCT IS WITH THEM AND AS WELL AS THE MONEY AS I MADE PAYMENT THROUGH A CARD..** now what do I do...guys please do not take any thing from HOME SHOP 18.
