The reality of home shop18

I’ve worked with hs18 as tele shopping executive and I must tell u my experience was horrible as it was like cheating 100s of people on phone. The management of hs18 feels that customer is a fool and they will any kind off poor and non durable goods with low standard of quality and pathetic courier service.. I must tell you 90% customer of hs18 are just one time buyer because they can never dare to buy the product through them twice.


The quality of products are worse and hazardous mistakes happen like delivery of wrong products, refunding money late, expired gift coupons and cancelling the order iwthout informing the customer and sometimes pending of products and not delivering them even on time of 7-10 working days.. The publicity of emi scheme is completely rubbish as it is nly for icici bank credit card customers. No one else..


The complaints of customers are never heard and I must suggest you don’t ever get into the trouble by shopping with hs18. It will be total waste of money and time fighting with them and gettin easily fooled by them.
