This very very weird experience with Homeshop18. I have ordered a product called "Callmate case for Samsung tab t331" on Sept 2014 and my order Id is 955336517.
And got delivered on 9th Oct 2014. Homeshop18 delivered a wrong product and same day I have couriered it back to Homeshop18.
When I checked the customer care they said you will get the amount back for product and courier charges.
After many many follow-ups I got my product charges which I have paid. till today I did not got my courier charges.
(Its been 2 months, what Homeshop18 people were doing). When I checked with customer care rep. They said I have to wait for 48 working hours, Imagine I have already waited for 2 months and I have to wait for 48 working hrs.
It seems really nonsense, whatever they reply you will get only fake, each and everyone will try to false you.
Please do not shop with Homeshop18, This is my first product and this is my last product in Homeshop18, I really dont have words to scold them, Im done.
Final word for Homeshop18 - "SHIT HOMESHOP18". This I have posted only for awareness to the public, not with any special intention.
