I saw their add on Home Shop 18 about Karbonn4G phone to which they were boosting about by capturing selfies, making videos and even striking it with hammer. I ordered that phone which I got on 15-Oct-2018 at 5 pm. I went home and switched on the phone. When I made the first call to check the receiver and mic, to my despise, the receiver was not working properly as the sound was rather rippling and distorted. Then I checked the camera, alas, the camera was fine but the screen was rather funny. I was not able to see my face. It was completely black. I called their rude, thoughtless, nonsensical customer support service, they refused to take the responsibility and advised me to visit the service center. I did as they said and even took the manager of the call center at the con-call who politely described them that it was not possible to repair the phone. After that when i asked for the refund and asked them to take this phone back, they straight away denied and suggested me to contact the brand. I am not able to figure out that why I should contact the brand if I have taken the phone from Home Shop 18? Every product which is sold online come with a 7 day return policy and customer has right to go straight away to the dealer and not the brand. The dealer has to replace the phone. But I must say they are not responsible and educated enough to know this. This my request to who ever reading this review, that Home Shop 18 is just a bunch of scoundrels, dont ever buy any product from them.
