We ordered 3 types of curtains(1 qty of purple color door curtains, 2 qty of magenta color window curtains and 2 qty of red color window curtains) paid in full through online aishwaryasingh23ment but we received red color window curtains instead of purple door curtains and 1 qty of red color window curtains instead of 2 qty of magenta color window curtains. In details below:

2) Sub order - 121217169. Story @ Home Polyester Eyelet Curtains For Windows - Set Of 2 Qty 2(Product Code: 32978299) - received correct product and qty.
3) Sub order - 121217171. Story @ Home Polyester Eyelet Curtains For Windows - Set Of 2 Qty 2(Product Code: 33123803) - instead received(Product Code: 32978299) and Qty 1
After contacting the customer care, we have been informed to resend all the products from our end as they don’t have reverse pickup facility for all their products(which was not mentioned on their site in return policy while purchasing) and courier charges will be reimbursed as per company policy which will not cover the expense I will have bear for their mistake.
Instead of giving proper solution they kept repeating same thing on every communication took place with their executive without aishwaryasingh23ing heed to our problems.
We are regular customer of Flipkart and Snapdeal but never had this kind of experience.
Simply they are cheating customer.
Beware of them.
