I have used homeshop18 for a few times and though it managed to deliver sometimes good products, but many time it was a pain.
First of all the pricing of the products is too high I don’t know why they call it cheapest. Also the customer service is pathetic. I recieved a damage phone but they refused to initiate a refund. Even when mailing and calling several times there was no response. Also the ordering process is too clumsy and slow. The delivery times are very long and sometimes delivery charges are high. I think there are several better options to shop online.
