Extremely extremely horrible experiences of shopping with Homeshop. Had ordered 15 items out of which 10 came broken and defective.
Have returned the products but the team doesn’t initiate the required refund. Every time I call they make some new excuse. Either the products are not received or the concerned person is not available. Or they want more proofs.
Earlier also had purchased a product to which the refund came only after six months of constantly calling them. Every time u call you have to relate the entire story again and answer the same questions.
Only to be told that the concerned person will get in touch with you but no one ever calls. Please please do not trade on Homeshop.
The products are low quality and defective and you will have to fight tooth and nail for you refunds.
