Oonchi Dukkan Pheeka Pakwaan !

First 3 purchases were really pleasing w.r.t delivery time, quality of packaging and so on while further two purchases have revealed the real customtakeouter support of HomeShop18. No one is bothered about the problem of customtakeouter, they just speak out the resolution written on their desktop.


Purchased a DOMO slate 7’’ tab. with defect in its software, which was reported as soon as the product was received, but I was rudely referred to the Service center of the DOMO Slate, rather than keeping their promise to exchange in case of faulty product received.


Purchased my last item a Micromax Smartphone on Sept. 25, 2012, to gift it to someone on Oct 1, 2012, based on previous purchases, while still awaiting delivery on Oct 10, 2012.


Have raised complaint tickets twice and requested them to cancel the order and refund the amount which they again refused. They just are maintaining the words ’’ we are doing our best to get it delivered sir’’.


My sincere advise is just think twice before paying before delivery when shopping with Homeshop18.
